I strongly believe that every small business needs a team working on it. Even if it’s completely possible to do everything yourself (which it rarely is), I think that an extra set of eyes, and hands, and brains can make the difference between a struggling business and a truly successful business.
I decided that, right from the start, Maggie Keegan Gross Photography needs a crew! So I hired an assistant! She’s a friend of a friend. She’s young, she’s smart, she’s funny, and she’s full of energy! I am very excited about the potential I see in her to be a true asset for my business! For now, she’s my on-shoot reflector holder, hair and clothing straightener, and kid wrangler, but I have big, big plans for her in the future of my business! That is, if she likes me enough to stick around!
