Newborn Harper entered the world just a couple weeks ago. Mom and Dad’s maternity portraits were just gorgeous, plus I knew they had put a lot of work into her nursery so this was one newborn session at home I was really looking forward to!
The soft and delicate lavender of Harper’s nursery paired so well with her delicate, soft newborn skin.
Newborns wrapped up in baskets might be my new favorite thing. Just look how cozy this little one was! She slept so well during her whole session, and I have no doubt that being swaddled in these blankets was a factor.
I love seeing my images on clients’ walls, and maternity portraits displayed in a baby’s room is the best. This is so much of why I do what I do – helping record a family’s memories and moments, creating a family connection as the little one grows older.
This family was fantastic to shoot both times! I can’t wait to see them again soon!
