1. Sunday’s Boudoir Day was amazing! I had soooo much fun! The ladies were all incredible, fun, and so beautiful! Sara of Beauty Hairem did a fantastic job with their hair and makeup. I can’t wait to share the images. Here’s a little behind the scenes shot:

2. I’ve been easing into my new routine since the new year. I’m no longer working at the legal aid clinic downtown, so I work from home. But it’s still been a little tricky getting into a rhythm after taking two weeks of vacation time for the holidays. I’ve been sleeping a little later than I’d like. I think I’m making up for being sleep deprived for six months. And I’ve been trying to go to the gym after dropping off Eleanor at school every morning. I’m also quitting work at 3pm each day to pick up Eleanor from school and spend the afternoons with her.

3. We’re going to a wedding in Sacramento this weekend! I’m very excited. I love weddings. We decided to bring Eleanor with us, we’ll see how that goes. She’s such an active three-year-old that she hates long car rides so the six hour drive to Sacramento could be rough. Luckily it’s a family wedding so her Aunts Beth & Jenny will be riding with us. Hopefully their company will keep her entertained!

4. I’ve been so busy editing wedding photos, working on the album design, prepping for my Boudoir Day, and editing the images from my boudoir day that I haven’t had time to pack up my holiday decorations. We at least took down the tree and I’ve put all the decorations in one place so it will be easier to pack them away when I do have the time. I think I will try to get it done today. I hate to come home from a trip to a messy house!
