I’ll never forget the sheer astonishment I felt the first time I thought to myself, “I’m a mom!”
I remember that exact moment. Gazing down at my brand new baby girl, just a few hours old, as her warm little body lay sleeping on my chest. Although I’d known for 9 Months that I was this growing baby’s mother, I didn’t really feel it until that moment.
My girl had arrived and my life would never be the same. She would become the most important person in my life and I would become the most important person in hers.
