Today is Chloe’s first birthday! Unfortunately the family has moved out of Southern California. I am so sad that I don’t get to photograph her 1 year session, but I am thrilled that I have these 8 month portraits to share today.
Mom wanted a beach session this time around, in part because she knew they would be moving away from the coast soon. We headed out expecting a cold, cloudy winter beach shoot with sweaters and blankets, and of course in Southern California style, we ended up with a warm sunny day!
I love these images so much! Chloe’s sweet face, the colors, the love. I’m so pleased to have been able to photograph this family for most of this little girl’s first year.
Our 8 month sessions are always different, because each baby develops at their own pace. But Chloe was sitting up like a champ!
And finally, we decided to give Chloe a little taste of the waves…. I’m not sure she loved it!
