Ok, actually, today is Isabelle’s SECOND birthday! These images are from last fall and with that adorable red jacket and gorgeous autumn leaves I thought they would be perfect to share this time of year to get us all in the mood for the holidays!
The tree in front of their house is tall and gorgeous and simply perfect for autumn portraits. It took Isabelle a little bit to figure out how fun a pile of leaves is, but eventually she just plopped down in the middle and had a blast!
We finished up her session with a cake smash on the front walk. Just like with the leaves, Isabelle started slowly and cautiously, and then just dug in! In fact, this was one of my favorite cake smash sessions ever. Once Isabelle got some sugar in her, she was a little bit wild and totally hilarious.
